TERMS OF USE

This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules framed there under as applicable and the amended provisions relating to electronic records in various statutes in force as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000.

This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and Terms of Use for access or usage of www.springwel.com website.

Springwel (hereinafter referred as Springwel) is the owner of the domain name www.springwel.com

WARRANTY CONDITIONS:

Valid only on purchases from Springwel’s Website.
Warranty Card & Invoice must be shown to claim service.
Not covered: natural wear, misuse, overloading, mishandling, folding, bad foundations.
Fabric issues (tears, stains, color fading, pilling, etc.) and comfort layer wear not covered.
No compensation for damage due to liquids, rips, heat, or rough use.
Customer must bear transportation cost for repairs/replacements.
Service charges apply for repairs or parts.
Only the defective mattress is replaced if part of a pair.
Only core sagging over 1.5 inch is covered.
Must follow mattress care guidelines (see front) for warranty to apply.
Warranty applies only to standard size mattresses.
Slight depression after initial use is normal.
Company's decision on defects and warranty claims is final.
Jurisdiction: New Delhi courts only.

Warranty Settlement Value (WSV) Calculation:

Example: For a ₹5000 mattress with 5-year warranty, if a defect appears after 2 years:
Balance to be paid = New MRP – WSV

WSV is redeemable only against the same model, at MRP with no discounts.
No cash redemption allowed.

General Warranty Terms:

If complaint within first year:

Defective mattress replaced free with same model/size.
If model discontinued/upgraded, pay difference to upgrade.

From second year onward (Pro-rata basis):

WSV calculated using original invoice value.
If invoice missing, 65% of current MRP will be considered.
Customer can choose same or upgraded model (paying the difference).
Replacement/upgrade is done by the company, not the dealer.
A ₹2,000 handling fee applies for all warranty services.
Charges apply for quilt replacements, repairs, and non-warranty work.
Complaint resolution takes 7 to 15 business days post approval.

Important Notes:

Comfort preferences not covered under warranty.
Warranty on replacement is only for remaining period of original product.
Product specs and terms may change without notice.
If identical model is unavailable, equal or better model will be provided.
Warranty only covers sagging beyond 1.5 inches.

Not loving it? Raise a return request from your order page or reach out to us.
We’ll schedule a free pickup from your home.
Once the mattress passes a quick quality check, we’ll refund your money.

💡 A Few Things to Keep in Mind:

A logistics & handling fee may be deducted.
Mattress must be in good condition – no stains, damage, or misuse.
Please keep the original tags and warranty card – they’ll help us process your return smoothly.
Custom-size mattresses are not covered under the trial.
The trial is valid once per household.
We can only process returns if your address is serviceable for pickups.

🚫 If the Mattress Doesn’t Pass the Quality Check:

If the mattress is returned in poor condition or fails inspection, we’ll ship it back to you.

USER AGREEMENT

PLEASE READ THIS TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY USING THIS WEBSITE OR ORDERING PRODUCTS FROM THIS WEBSITE YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

This Terms of Service Agreement (the Agreement) governs your use of this website, www.springwel.com Springwel offers products for purchase on this Website, or your purchase of products available on this Website.

This Agreement includes, and incorporates by this reference, the policies and guidelines referenced below.

Springwel reserves the right to change or revise the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time by posting any changes or a revised terms of the agreement on this Website.

Any change or revision in this agreement will be reflected with date of change or revision on the top of this agreement.

The changed or revised Agreement shall be effective immediately after it is posted on this Website.

Your use of the Website or the services available on the website following posting any such changes or of a revised Agreement will constitute your acceptance of any such changes or revisions.

Springwel encourages you to review these terms of user Agreement whenever you visit the Website to make sure that you understand the terms and conditions governing use of the Website.

This Agreement does not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other written agreement you may have with Springwel for other products or services. If you do not agree to this Agreement (including any referenced policies or guidelines), please immediately terminate your use of the Website which includes the services available on the same.

By implicitly or expressly accepting these Terms of Use, You also accept and agree to be bound by Springwel’s Policies (including but not limited to Privacy Policy) as amended from time to time.

MEMBERSHIP ELEGIBILITY

In order to use the service of Springwel through website you may use guest login or you may create your own Springwel account to use certain Springwel Services, and you may be required to be logged in to the account and have a valid payment method associated with it.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

To create your Springwel account you must be eligible to enter into contract under Indian Contract Act, 1872. “Incompetent persons” under Indian Contract Act, 1872 are not eligible for Springwel account.

Any minor i.e. a person below the age of 18 years can use the website and transact only through its legal guardians or Parent.

Springwel reserves the right to terminate your account / refuse to provide its services if it is discovered the person using the website and making transaction is an “Incompetent person” under Indian Contract Act, 1872 who cannot enter into Contract.

Any person who create account with Springwel will be called/referred to as Registered User.
