Shipping Policy
- Purchases are shipped from our warehouses across the country by courier. Please allow 4-7 business days from receipt of your order.
- Order deliveries will be made between 9am – 8pm Monday – Sunday. Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc.
- Springwel takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
- Springwel is not responsible for damage after delivery.
- All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery. (Call at +Phone: 97175-91288 or write to us on info@springwel.com or crmteam@springwel.com).
- Free Shipping on all prepaid orders. COD not available.
- Extra delivery charges may be levied if the delivery location is ODA (Out of Delivery Area).
