Gloria elite

Purchased the Gloria elite mattress which was delivered on 22sep2020 . Initially had no issues but the mattress now has compressions and has gone extremely soft in various places. Since Sept 2022 I am trying to get springwel to address my problem but it has fallen on deaf ears. Looks like springwel on wants to sell their product. No after sale service even though my mattress is still u Dee warranty. I made a whooping 40000 odd after discount .
