Warranty Information

Springwel Mattresses Ltd. stands warranty upto 10 years for springs and spring units. Besides this, all Springwel Mattresses are guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase against any material/ workmanship defects.
The limit of warranty period is as follows:
Whenever you buy a Springwel Mattress, you get a guarantee Card (or ask for it). To ensure your Guarantee/Warranty, please fill every details in the registration card and Mail it to us within a week of purchase (in the enclosed envelop)
  • The Warranty/ Guarantee period is subject to following conditions:
  • The card must be duly filled and stamped by the Dealer. The card and relevant Cash Memo must be produced along with defective mattress.
  • We shall bear only the costs resulting from the repair or replacement of defective springs.
  • We will not be liable for any consequential damages, and under no circumstances shall its liability hereunder exceed the price for goods determined to be defective.
  • Excluded from the Warranty are losses resulting from natural wear, improper maintenance, wrong handling, excessive loading, negligence in use, folding of mattress, unsatisfactory foundation.
  • The decision of the Company regarding the nature of defects and applicability of Warranty/ Guarantee will be final.
  • Claims, if any, will be restricted to Courts within the New Delhi jurisdiction only.
  • This Warranty/ Guarantee excludes any other condition / affirmation / liability not expressed therein.
